She has over 15 years of experience in international media relations, focusing on public broadcasting. She has been working in the International Relations and Sales Department at Telewizja Polska (TVP) and, in recent years, served as Head of International Relations. In this role, her primary responsibilities included presenting TVP’s films in competitions at international film festivals worldwide, managing institutional relations, overseeing program exchanges and co-productions, and coordinating with all TVP departments and units regarding their participation in international projects.
She has focused on fostering co-production initiatives and managing institutional relations, collaborating with public broadcasters and producers across Central and Eastern Europe. She played a key role in establishing the Heart of Europe International TV Festival and Forum, a flagship event promoting the creativity and diversity of the CEE region.
In recent years, she has also served as a juror for Prix Italia, the International Emmy Awards, and Rose d’Or. She holds a Master’s in Journalism and Political Science from the University of Warsaw.
