Terms for Badge Zagreb cancellation are the following:
Full money refund if cancelled by September 15th 2020
50% refund if cancelled from September 16th to October 15th 2020
No refund for cancellations from October 16th 2020
BADGE CONTESTANT
Terms for Badge Contestant cancellation are the following:
Full money refund if cancelled by June 15th 2020
50% refund if cancelled from June 16th to July 15th 2020
No refund for cancellations from July 16th 2020
PACKAGE CREATIVE
Terms for Badge Creative cancellation are the following:
Full money refund if cancelled by September 15th 2020
50% refund if cancelled from September 16th to October 15th 2020
No refund for cancellations from October 16th 2020
BADGE WORKSHOP
Terms for Badge Workshop cancellation are the following:
Full money refund if cancelled by September 15th 2020
50% refund if cancelled from September 16th to October 15th 2020
No refund for cancellations from October 16th 2020
SPONSOR BUNDLES
Refunds will not be possible for sponsorships cancelled after September 15th 2020. If the cancellations of the Contract do happen after that date, all contracted sponsor items must be paid in full to the Organizer.
Bought sponsor bundles (predefined or custom) for NEM Dubrovnik 2020 cannot be transferred to other NEM editions.
ACCOMMODATION
Terms for accommodation cancellation are the following:
Full money refund if cancelled by September 15th 2020
Cost of one-night stay will be charged if cancelled by October 15th 2020
No refund for cancellations from October 16th 2020
