We are thrilled to announce the second edition of the competition for the best finished TV series in the CEE. This competition presents a remarkable opportunity to showcase the immense creative potential that exists within the CEE.
In partnership with Creative Europe, we aim to celebrate collaboration, creativity, and the global presence of exceptional CEE drama TV series.

ELIGIBILITY
- Any scripted series produced in the CEE is eligible (co-productions with partners outside of the CEE are allowed if the major partner is from the CEE)
- Your TV series must have been broadcast or streamed in the CEE
- The first episode must have premiered between September 15th, 2023, and October 15th, 2024
FAIR AND IMPARTIAL RATING PROCESS
- Both the pre-selection and the main jury are constituted of top professionals in the AV industry from countries outside of the CEE to ensure fairness in rating the TV series
- The entire rating process is done within our rating platform
- Rating of the submissions will be done in 5 different categories: Idea, Monetization, Cast, Screenplay and Audiovisual presentation
HOW TO SUBMIT?
- Fill out the application form here by October 24th, 2023 (11:59 PM)
- The application needs to include download links for the selected episode, trailer and still photos of the TV series along with a pdf document with the information about TV series (short synopsis, cast & crew, year of production and premiere, broadcaster, production companies, etc.)
WINNERS AND NEM AWARDS CEREMONY
- The organizer will pre-select projects based on rules, technical requirements, and overall standards by October 25th
- The pre-selection jury will rate projects in the first round by November 13th after which we will notify the top 10 applicants about their status
*Only one TV series per author/co-author/broadcaster can reach the top 10.
- The main jury will rate the top 10 projects in the second round by November 27th
- Winners will be announced at the NEM Awards ceremony during NEM Zagreb 2024
