GENERAL TERMS, CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY OF PARTICIPATION AND EXHIBITING AT NEM ZAGREB 2025

1. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

General terms and conditions set forth herein (hereinafter: General Terms) shall apply to legal transactions between limited liability company MEDIJI-SVE O d.o.o. (eng.: Mediavision Ltd.), Radnička cesta 52, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia (hereinafter: Organizer) and the other contracting party which shall mean persons and entities who have paid their registration fees, exhibitors, speakers, sponsors, contestants and media sponsorship representatives (hereinafter: Participant) in respect to participation and exhibiting on NEM Zagreb 2025. These General Terms and Conditions shall apply exclusively to the relationship between Organizer and the Participant unless Organizer and the Participant have specifically contracted or agreed in writing to amend and/or disapply particular provisions contained herein. If any provision of the contract and/or any other subsequent agreement is irreconcilable with the General Terms and Conditions, such contract and/or agreement made in writing shall prevail.

“New Europe Market Zagreb 2025“ or “NEM Zagreb 2025“ shall mean a conference and market event which is organized for the purpose of collecting and exchanging information, knowledge, experience, and results achieved in the field of television, media, production, communications, marketing and public relations, IPTV, cable distribution, mobile distribution, licensing, and related activities (hereinafter “the Event”).

These Terms and Conditions apply to anyone who makes any kind of purchase (badge, accommodation, package, or any other service) in relation to NEM Zagreb 2025. Unless there is a separate agreement or contract signed by the Organizer and the other party, these Terms and Conditions are automatically accepted by Participants at the moment they make the purchase. Furthermore, these Terms and Conditions apply to any form of payment, either by credit card or wire transfer, as well as any channel of purchase, either online or directly from the Organizer via e-mail. Accepting Terms and Conditions refers to the company and all its employees and to employees of related companies which participate in NEM Zagreb 2025.

 

2. REGISTRATION AND CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION

The registration and any other fee shall be dependent on the date of the payment as described in these General Terms and Conditions and correspond to the rates listed on the Organizer’s website at https://neweumarket.com/zagreb/book-now/.

EARLY BIRD – until October 14^th, 2025.

REGULAR PRICE – on and after October 15^th, 2025.

Confirmation of registration will be issued in the form of an official invoice upon payment. The Organizer is not obliged to make or keep any kind of reservation of the badge or accommodation and will not acknowledge the participation until the finalization of the purchase. Pickup of the badge will be done onsite with an official ID document.

Any NEM badge shall become valid on the first day and remain valid until the last day of the Event, and it will concern only the person in whose name the accreditation has been made. Any unauthorized use of accreditation is forbidden. If an accreditation card has been used in an unauthorized manner, the accreditation card shall be seized, and its holder requested to leave the Event premises.

 

3. PARTICIPATION

The Organizer shall ensure that the Event will take place in Zagreb, Croatia in the period between December 8^th and 9^th, 2025.

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the Event in case of unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure (the Force Majeure policy). In case of unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure, participants are not entitled to a refund of their payments. The Force Majeure policy has been extended and applies to formal travel restrictions between Zagreb/Croatia and a specific origin country that prevent a Participant from traveling and/or by formal local quarantine imposed by local authorities in Zagreb/Croatia.

If the Event cannot be held in Zagreb for any reason beyond the control of the Organizer or in case of Force Majeure, the Organizer reserves the right, upon notifying the participants, to change the location to a different city or country, or to organize the Event at another time.

In case the Organizer is forced to cancel the event entirely due to circumstances, restrictions, and law changes which are out of Organizer’s control such as natural disasters, any sort of pandemic including COVID-19 virus spread, war, riot, strike affecting any segment of event’s logistic requirements (e.g. venue hotel) or other branches of business essential for an international event (e.g. airline companies) affecting any major number of participants (over 50%) or the Organizer, the Organizer is not obliged to make refunds and reimbursements for already purchased Badges, Packages, and Sponsorships for this event.

The participants’ registration shall remain valid for the new time period and location indicated by the Organizer and cancellations will be possible only if they are in line with the official cancellation policy stated in these Terms and conditions. The Organizer will not be responsible for any damage or reimbursement claims by the Participants.

All the information you provide us while registering for the Event will be used strictly for business purposes. We guarantee that due to the personal information protection policy, all the e-mail addresses provided in the NEM Zagreb 2025 participant list will not be used for any other purpose other than contacting people of business interest and sending newsletters and meeting requests that will be held at the NEM Zagreb event.

By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions policy, you allow us to share your email address given when registering with other NEM Zagreb 2025 participants for strictly business purposes. In terms of arranging meetings at the New Europe Market event which will be held in Zagreb from 8^th to 9^th December 2025 – all the meetings will be set up in the time duration of the conference.

Any use of the provided information other than the one mentioned in the section above can be held accountable and in breach of the conference participation terms. The Organizer bears no responsibility for any lost or damaged goods or items which are the property of Participants.

The Organizer is entitled to use any graphic, visual, written, and audio materials during the conference and on conference grounds (including outside locations of networking events or other activities formally related to NEM Zagreb 2025) as well as all the materials provided by participants such as logos, photos, videos, etc. for which the participants will give their authorization to the Organizer to use publicly for any kind of promotional activities. Each participant consents to be photographed and filmed personally as well as any visible branding of their company during the Event at all event locations by accepting these Terms and conditions.

In case of any confidential materials (e.g. presentation, screening materials, etc.) the Organizer guarantees full confidentiality as agreed with each Participant individually.

In case of participating as a contestant, by applying to any of the NEM Awards competitions, you are automatically accepting General Terms, Conditions, and Cancellation Policy.

 

4. OTHER INFORMATION OF TECHNICAL MATTER

Any complaints must be addressed to the Organizer in writing as soon as possible at nem@mediavision.hr. The Organizer will take every complaint into account and proceed to resolve the matter in good faith if possible, according to the terms and conditions of the conference.

 

5. WRONGFUL BUSINESS PRACTICES 

All registered participants formally agree and undertake:

– not to directly or indirectly drive away other attendees from any NEM area in order to present products and services that are otherwise in the range of NEM activities

– not to organize or engage during NEM in activities at the venue hotel or in Zagreb that are directly in competition with the NEM without specific and written consent from the Organizers.

Any breach of the above-mentioned stipulations, observed by a member of the Organizing Team, incurs fines. The fines will be concurrent with NEM pricelist and correspond with the activity undertaken at the time of the breach.

 

6. CANCELLATION POLICY

Terms and conditions of our cancellation policy regarding all fees including all types of badges and all default or custom packages are as follows:

Full money refund if canceled by October 14^th 2025

50% refund if cancelled from October 15^th to November 13^th 2025

No refund for cancellations from November 14^th 2025

 

Sponsor bundles

The cancellation policy for each individual sponsor is determined through an official contract or agreement signed by both the Organizer and the sponsor.

 

Accommodation

Accommodation arrangements for select participants are subject to our discretion, however, attendees are generally responsible for their own accommodation arrangements.

 

7. NEM AWARDS: BEST PRE-DEVELOPMENT TV SERIES IN EUROPE

Eligibility

• The competition is open to all, the author and/or co-author of the project do not have to have experience in TV production, or any special requirements such as a special degree.
• Minimum age for participation is 18 years.

Rating process and jury

• The organizer will pre-select projects based on rules, technical requirements, and overall standards.
• The jury will rate the projects by November 20th after which the top three projects will proceed in the next round
• The jury will rate the projects in 4 different categories: Idea, Writing, Monetization and Longevity
• Top three finalists will pitch their project live at the NEM Zagreb 2025, and they will be notified in time prior to the scheduled pitch session to ensure all the technical equipment necessary for their project presentation.
• In case the author or co-author of the project chosen for the pitch cannot attend the pitching session at NEM Zagreb 2025, they will be disqualified from the competition and replaced with the next highest-ranking project.
• Winners will be announced at the NEM Awards ceremony during NEM Zagreb 2025

Submission

• The right of submission is obtained by registering for the “Best pre-development TV series” competition.
• Once the registration fee is paid in full each applicant will receive a link to submit their project from the organizer.
• The deadline for registering and submitting the project is November 4^th 2025 at 11:59 p.m.
• Every submission must meet the following requirements:

– They must be submitted in the predefined template, which can be found here

– They must be submitted in PDF

– They must meet the maximum requirements of 1845 words

– They must be submitted in English

– Hyperlinks to outside sources are not allowed

• Deviations from the original template and word count may result in disqualification.
• No money refund will be issued in case the project has not been submitted on time before the deadline set by the Organizer or if the submission does not meet all the requirements set by the Organizer. No right of participation at the Event will be granted in case the project hasn’t been submitted on time before the deadline or the submission does not meet all the requirements set by the Organizer unless the price difference for Badge Zagreb is paid.
• Material must be submitted by the author and/or co-author.
• The contestant must have the right to share the project.
• All ownership and rights to the material submitted to this competition remains with the original rights holder unless and until the rights holder settles negotiations of any proposed deal for partnership or transfer of rights.
• Entering the competition constitutes permission to use the winners’/finalists’ names for publicity and promotions with no additional compensation.
• The Organizer doesn’t guarantee any business deals will be arranged, or project will be signed by TV or film production company. The Organizer is responsible strictly for providing a platform and presentation opportunities.
• Participation in Best pre-development TV series competition implies that all contestants and/or participants fully agree with the Terms and Conditions for participating in the competition.
• All participants of this competition agree to their personal data collection and analysis according to these Terms and Conditions, and the Organizer is obligated to approach the personal data according to valid non-disclosure agreement.

 

8. NEM AWARDS: BEST FINISHED TV SERIES IN CEE

Eligibility

• All TV series that have been broadcast or streamed in the CEE (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ukraine)
• ​First episode of the TV series that has been premiered between September 15th, 2024 and October 15th, 2025
• The competition is open to all scripted drama TV series produced in the CEE (co-productions are eligible if the major co-production partner is from the CEE)

Rating process and jury

• The Best finished TV series in the CEE jury is constituted of top professionals in the AV industry from countries outside of the CEE to ensure the fairness in rating the submission
• The entire rating process is done through our rating platform
• Rating of the submissions will be done in 5 different categories: Idea, Monetization, Cast, Screenplay and Audiovisual presentation

Submission

• The right of submission is obtained if the Organizer and the Applicant agrees in writing or if the Applicant fills in the submission form
• The submission deadline is November 4th, 2025, 11:59 p.m.
• No right of participation at the Event will be granted in case the TV series hasn’t been submitted on time
• Each author or co/author and/or broadcaster can submit maximum of 3 TV series., but only one can go through to the top 10 in the competition
• Material must be submitted by the author or co-author and/or broadcaster
• The Applicant has to have the right of sharing the project. The Organizer is not responsible if the author or co-author and/or broadcaster have not mutually agreed on the application
• The submission will consist of sending one episode of choice that will best represent the whole series
• The episode must be submitted with burned in English subtitles
• The submission must be accompanied by a synopsis, a cast list, and a crew list which will be visible to all NEM Zagreb official website visitors
• The episode will be published via Vimeo link on NEM Zagreb official website but accessible only to jury members
• Entering the competition constitutes permission to use the winners’ names for publicity and promotions with no additional compensation
• Participation in the competition implies that all applicants fully agree with the Terms and Conditions for participating in the competition

 

The Organizer reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of „General Terms, Conditions and Cancellation Policy of participation and exhibiting at NEM Zagreb 2025“ at any time.

1. OPĆI UVJETI

Općim uvjetima određenima ovdje (u nastavku: Opći uvjeti) uređuju se odnosi između trgovačkog društva MEDIJI-SVE O d.o.o. (eng. Mediavision Ltd.), Radnička cesta 52, 10000 Zagreb, Hrvatska (u nastavku: Organizator) i druge ugovorne strane koja označava fizičke osobe i poslovne subjekte koji su u cijelosti uplatili iznos kotizacije, izlagače, govornike, sponzore, natjecatelje i medijske pokrovitelje (u nastavku: Sudionik) u vezi sa sudjelovanjem i izlaganjem na NEM-u Zagreb 2025. Ovi se Opći uvjeti primjenjuju isključivo na odnos između Organizatora i Sudionika, osim u slučaju da su Organizator i Sudionik posebno ugovorom i/ili pisanim sporazumom izmijenili i/ili ukinuli određene odredbe ovih Općih uvjeta. Ako koja od odredbi takvog ugovora i/ili svih daljnjih sporazuma nije u skladu s Općim uvjetima, važećim se smatra poseban ugovor i/ili pisani sporazum.

New Europe Market Zagreb 2025. ili NEM Zagreb 2025. konferencijski je i sajamski događaj koji se organizira u svrhu prikupljanja i razmjene informacija, znanja, iskustava i dostignuća s područja televizije, medija, produkcije, telekomunikacija, marketinga i PR-a, IPTV-ja, kabelske distribucije, mobilnih operatera, licenciranja i srodnih djelatnosti (u nastavku: Događaj).

Ovi Uvjeti odnose se na svakoga tko obavi bilo kakvu kupnju (kotizacije, smještaja, paketa ili bilo koje druge usluge) prema NEM-u Zagreb 2025. Osim u slučaju postojanja zasebnog sporazuma ili ugovora potpisanog od strane Organizatora i druge stranke, Sudionik automatski prihvaća ove Uvjete u trenu kupnje. Nadalje, ovi Uvjeti se odnose na bilo koju vrstu plaćanja, karticom ili transakcijskim računom, kao i na bilo koji kanal kupnje, putem internet ili izravno od Organizatora putem e-maila. Prihvaćanje Uvjeta odnosi se na tvrtku i sve njene zaposlenike i zaposlenike sestrinskih tvrtki koji sudjeluju na NEM-u Zagreb 2025.

 

2. PRIJAVA I POTVRDA PRIJAVE

Cijena registracije ili bilo kakva cijena ovisna je o datumu kupnje kao što je opisano u ovim Uvjetima te odgovara cijenama navedenim na internetskoj stranici Organizatora: https://neweumarket.com/zagreb/book-now/.

EARLY BIRD – do 14. listopada 2025. godine.

REGULAR PRICE – od 15. listopada 2025. godine.

Registracija se potvrđuje izdavanjem službenog računa po primitku uplate. Organizator nije dužan napraviti ili čuvati rezervaciju za kotizaciju ili smještaj te ne potvrđuje sudjelovanje prije završetka kupnje. Primitak akreditacije obavlja se na mjestu Događaja uz predočenje identifikacijskog dokumenta.

Bilo kakva kotizacija za NEM postaje vrijedeća prvog dana Događaja te ostaje vrijediti do zadnjeg dana Događaja, a odnosi se samo na osobu čije je ime navedeno na fizičkoj akreditaciji. Zabranjeno je neovlašteno korištenje akreditacije. U slučaju neovlaštenog korištenja akreditacije, akreditacija će biti oduzeta, a njen korisnik isključen iz Događaja.

3. SUDJELOVANJE

Organizator osigurava održavanje događaja u Zagrebu (Hrvatska) od 8. do 9. prosinca 2025.

Organizator zadržava pravo otkazati događaj u slučaju nepredvidljivih okolnosti ili više sile (odredbe o slučaju više sile). Ako je do otkazivanja došlo zbog nepredvidljivih okolnosti ili više sile, sudionik nema pravo na povrat uplaćenog iznosa. Odredbe u slučaju više sile proširuju se na ograničenje putovanja između Zagreba/Hrvatske i određenih zemalja koje sprječava Sudionika da putuje i/ili službenu karantenu uvedenu od strane zagrebačkih/hrvatskih vlasti.

Ako se Događaj iz razloga na koji Organizator ne može utjecati ili u slučaju više sile neće moći održati u Zagrebu, Organizator, nakon što obavijesti sudionike, zadržava pravo premjestiti događaj u neki drugi grad/državu, odnosno Događaj organizirati u drugom terminu.

U slučaju da je Organizator prisiljen u potpunosti otkazati događaj zbog okolnosti, ograničenja i pravnih promjena koje su izvan Organizatorove kontrole, a koje podrazumijevaju prirodne katastrofe, bilo kakvu vrstu  pandemije uključujući širenje COVID-19 virusa, rata, pobune, štrajka koji utječe na bilo koji dio logističkih zahtjeva Događaja (npr. hotel održavanja Događaja) ili utječe na bilo koju granu poslovanja neophodnu za održavanje međunarodnog događaja (npr. aviokompanija) te utječe na veći broj sudionika (preko 50%) ili Organizatora, Organizator nije obavezan izvršiti povrat financijskih ili ostalih sredstava za već kupljene kotizacije, pakete i sponzorske pakete za ovaj Događaj.

Prijava sudjelovanja vrijedi za novi termin i lokaciju prema odluci Organizatora. Otkazivanja su moguća samo ukoliko su u skladu sa službenom Odredbom o otkazivanju naznačenom u ovim Uvjetima. Sudionik nema pravo postavljati neke druge zahtjeve i nema pravo tražiti naknadu štete od Organizatora.

Svi podaci dati prilikom prijave za Događaj rabit će se isključivo u poslovne svrhe. Jamčimo da se, zbog zaštite osobnih podataka, sve adrese e-pošte navedene na popisu sudionika NEM Zagreb 2025. neće rabiti ni u koju drugu svrhu, osim kontaktiranja s osobama od poslovnog interesa te slanja newslettera i zahtjeva za sastanke koji će se održati na konferenciji NEM Zagreb.

Prihvaćanjem općih uvjeta dopuštate nam da podijelimo vašu adresu e-pošte, danu prilikom prijave, s drugim sudionicima NEM-a Zagreb 2025. isključivo u poslovne svrhe. Sastanci će se održavati na New Europe Marketu koji se održava u Zagrebu od 8. do 9. prosinca 2025. i bit će održani isključivo za vrijeme održavanja konferencije.

Svaka upotreba navedenih informacija, osim u svrhe navedene u prethodnom odjeljku, smatrat će se kršenjem uvjeta sudjelovanja na konferenciji. Organizator ne snosi odgovornost za eventualno izgubljene ili oštećene stvari ili predmete u vlasništvu Sudionika.

Organizator zadržava pravo korištenja grafičkih, vizualnih, pismenih ili audiomaterijala za vrijeme i na mjestu Događaja (uključujući vanjske lokacije networking događanja ili ostale aktivnosti službeno povezane s NEM-om Zagreb 2025), kao i materijala dobivenih od Sudionika poput logotipa, fotogafija, videa i ostalih materijala za koje Sudionik daje Organizatoru suglasnost javnog korištenja u svrhu promotivnih aktivnosti. Svaki Sudionik prihvaćanjem ovih Uvjeta daje suglasnost u osobno ime u ime firme (u slučaju vidljivosti reklamnih materijala) izloženosti fotografiranju i snimanju tijekom Događaja na svim njegovim lokacijama.

U slučaju bilo koje vrste povjerljivih materijala, poput prezentacija ili materijala za prikazivanje, Organizator jamči potpuno povjerenje, prema dogovoru sa svakim Sudionikom zasebno.

U slučaju sudjelovanja kao natjecatelja u jednom od NEM Awards natjecanja, prijavom na bilo koje od NEM Awards natjecanja, automatski prihvaćate Opće uvjete i Politiku otkazivanja.

 

4. OSTALE TEHNIČKE INFORMACIJE

Sve reklamacije moraju se što prije prijaviti Organizatoru u pisanom obliku na nem@mediavision.hr Organizator će razmotriti svaku reklamaciju te u dobroj vjeri pokušati riješiti problem ako je to moguće, a sve u skladu s uvjetima i pravilima sudjelovanja na konferenciji.

 

5. ŠTETNI POSLOVNI POSTUPCI

Svi se prijavljeni sudionici službeno obvezuju da:

– neće izravno ili neizravno odvlačiti ostale sudionike iz bilo kojeg prostora NEM-a kako bi predstavili proizvode i usluge koji inače spadaju u područje NEM-ovih aktivnosti

– neće za vrijeme NEM-a u hotelu domaćinu događaja ili u Zagreb organizirati ili provoditi aktivnosti koje su izravna konkurencija NEM-u bez posebnog i pismenog odobrenja Organizatora.

U slučaju kršenja navedenih odredbi, a koje uoči Organizator, naplaćuje se kazna prema cjeniku NEM Zagreb, a u skladu s prirodom aktivnosti kojima se krše ove odredbe.

 

6. ODREDBE OTKAZIVANJA

Uvjeti i odredbe otkazivanja koje se odnose na sve vrste kotizacija te sve unaprijed određene ili prilagođene pakete jesu sljedeći:

Povrat punog iznosa u slučaju otkazivanja do 14. listopada 2025.

Povrat 50% iznosa u slučaju otkazivanja od 15. listopada do 13. studenog 2025.

Nema povrata iznosa za otkazivanje od 14. studenog 2025.

 

Sponzorski paketi

Odredbe o otkazivanju svakog zasebnog sponzora određene su službenim ugovorom ili sporazumom potpisanom od strane Organizatora i sponzora.

 

Smještaj

Smještaj za sudionike organiziran je u vlastitom aranžmanu.

 

7. NEM AWARDS: BEST PRE-DEVELOPMENT TV SERIES IN EUROPE

Uvjeti sudjelovanja

• Natjecanje je otvoreno za sve, autor i/ili koautor projekta ne moraju imati iskustva u TV produkciji niti posebne uvjete poput određenog stupnja obrazovanja.
• Minimalna dob za sudjelovanje je 18 godina.

Proces ocjenjivanja i žiri

• Organizator će odraditi pred-selekciju projekata na temelju pravila, tehničkih zahtjeva i općih standarda.
• Žiri će ocijenit projekte do 20. studenoga, nakon čega će tri najbolja projekta ući u sljedeći krug.
• Žiri će ocjenjivati projekte u 4 različite kategorije: ideja, pisanje i monetizacija i dugovječnost
• Tri najbolja finalista predstavit će svoj projekt uživo na NEM Zagreb 2025, a o tome će biti pravodobno obaviješteni prije zakazane pitching sesije kako bi se osigurala sva potrebna tehnička oprema za prezentaciju njihova projekta.
• U slučaju da autor ili koautor projekta odabranog za pitch ne može sudjelovati na pitching sesiji na NEM Zagreb 2025, bit će diskvalificirani iz natjecanja i zamijenjeni sljedećim najbolje rangiranim projektom.
• Pobjednici će biti proglašeni na svečanosti dodjele NEM Awards tijekom NEM Zagreb 2025.

Proces prijave

• Pravo na prijavu stječe se registracijom za natjecanje “Best pre-development TV series”
• Nakon što je kotizacija u cijelosti plaćena, svaki će prijavitelj od organizatora dobiti poveznicu za predaju svog projekta.
• Rok za registraciju i predaju projekta je 4. studenoga 2025. u 23:59 sati.
• Svaka prijava mora zadovoljiti sljedeće uvjete:
  – Mora biti predana u unaprijed definiranim predlošcima, koji se mogu pronaći ovdje
  – Mora biti predana u PDF formatu
  – Mora zadovoljiti maksimalni broj od 1845 riječi
  – Mora biti predana na engleskom jeziku
  – Hiperlinkovi na vanjske izvore nisu dopušteni
• Odstupanja od izvornog predloška i ograničenja broja riječi mogu rezultirati diskvalifikacijom.
• Povrat novca neće biti odobren u slučaju da projekt nije predan na vrijeme prije roka koji je odredio Organizator ili ako prijava ne ispunjava sve uvjete koje je postavio Organizator.
  Pravo sudjelovanja na događaju neće biti odobreno u slučaju da projekt nije predan na vrijeme ili prijava ne ispunjava sve uvjete Organizatora, osim ako nije nadoplaćena razlika u cijeni za Badge Zagreb.
• Materijal mora predati autor i/ili koautor.
• Natjecatelj mora imati pravo dijeljenja projekta.
• Sva vlasnička i autorska prava na materijal predan na ovo natjecanje ostaju u vlasništvu izvornog nositelja prava, osim i do trenutka kada nositelj prava zaključi pregovore o bilo kakvom predloženom partnerstvu ili prijenosu prava.
• Sudjelovanjem u natjecanju daje se dopuštenje za korištenje imena pobjednika/finalista u promotivne i marketinške svrhe bez dodatne naknade.
• Organizator ne jamči da će biti dogovoreni bilo kakvi poslovni poslovi ili da će projekt potpisati neka TV ili filmska produkcijska kuća. Organizator je isključivo odgovoran za pružanje platforme i mogućnosti prezentacije.
• Sudjelovanjem u natjecanju „Najbolja TV serija u pretprodukciji“ podrazumijeva se da se svi natjecatelji i/ili sudionici u cijelosti slažu s Pravilima i uvjetima natjecanja.
• Pravilima i uvjetima, a Organizator je obvezan s osobnim podacima postupati u skladu s važećim ugovorom o povjerljivosti podataka

8. NEM AWARDS: BEST FINISHED TV SERIES IN CEE

Uvjeti sudjelovanja

• Sve TV serije koje su emitirane ili objavljene putem streaming servisa u CEE (Albanija, Bosna i Hercegovina, Bugarska, Hrvatska, Češka, Estonija, Mađarska, Kosovo, Latvija, Litva, Moldavija, Crna Gora, Sjeverna Makedonija, Poljska, Rumunjska, Srbija, Slovačka, Slovenija, Ukrajina).
• Prva epizoda TV serije treba biti premijerno emitirana između 15. rujna 2024. i 15. listopada 2025.
• Natječaj je otvoren za sve dramske TV serije proizvedene u CEE (koprodukcije su prihvatljive ako je većinski koprodukcijski partner iz CEE regije).

Proces ocjenjivanja i žiri

• Best finished TV series in the CEE žiri sastoji se od vrhunskih profesionalaca u AV industriji iz zemalja izvan CEE regije kako bi se osigurala pravednost u ocjenjivanju TV serija.
• Cijeli proces ocjenjivanja i postupak prijave odvija se putem naše ocjenjvačke platforme.
• Ocjenjivanje prijava će se odvijat u 5 različitih kategorija: ideja, monetizacija, glumačka postava, scenarij i audiovizualna prezentacija.

Proces prijave

• Pravo na prijavu stječe se ako Prijavitelj ispuni obrazac za prijavu.
• Rok za predaju je 4. studeni 2025. do 23:59h. Sudjelovanje u natjecanju neće biti odobreno u slučaju da prijava nije poslana do kraja roka za predaju.
• Svaki autor ili koautor i/ili televizijska kuća može prijaviti maximalno 3 TV serije, ali samo jedna može proći među 10 najboljih u konkurenciji.
• Materijal mora dostaviti autor ili koautor i/ili televizijska kuća.
• Prijavitelj mora imati pravo dijeljenja TV serije. Organizator ne snosi odgovornost ako se autor ili koautor i/ili televizijska kuća nisu međusobno dogovorili oko prijave.
• Prijava će se sastojati od slanja jedne epizode po izboru koja će najbolje predstaviti cijelu TV seriju.
• Epizoda mora biti poslana s utisnutim engleskim titlovima.
• Prijava mora biti popraćena sinopsisom, popisom glumaca i produkcijskog tima koji će biti vidljiv svim posjetiteljima službene web stranice NEM Zagreb.
• Epizoda će biti objavljena putem Vimeo linka na službenoj web stranici NEM-a Zagreb, ali dostupna samo članovima žirija.
• Pristupanje natjecanju predstavlja dopuštenje za korištenje imena pobjednika za reklamiranje i promociju bez dodatne naknade.
• Sudjelovanje u  natjecanju podrazumijeva da su svi prijavitelji u potpunosti suglasni s Uvjetima i Odredbama za sudjelovanje u natjecanju.

Organizator zadržava pravo izmjene ili prekida bilo kojeg dijela općih uvjeta, odredbi i politike otkazivanja sudjelovanja i izlaganja na NEM-u Zagreb 2025. u bilo kojem trenutku.
