Selena Stanković is a screenwriter born and raised in Belgrade, Serbia.
She got her MA in Screenwriting from California State University, Los Angeles (2010) and has attended Robert McKee’s seminar in London (2013).
Her master’s thesis screenplay has placed in quarter finals or higher of several prestigious screenwriting contests in the US – Nicholls Fellowship, Final Draft’s Big Break, BlueCat Screenplay Competition and Cinequest Film Festival.
Since returning to Belgrade in 2011, Selena has worked as a copywriter, periodically as a script reader/doctor and has been writing her first book.
She writes in both English and Serbian.
