Synopsis: It’s the 1980s in communist Czechoslovakia, and the Cold War is in full swing. The Soviet Union and the United States are experimenting with paranormal activities, hoping to gain the ultimate advantage. The Czechoslovaks don’t want to be left behind, so they establish a Paranormal Activity Institute. Their task is to investigate mysterious occurrences,
supernatural disappearances, and UFO attacks. They are called upon when a ventriloquist’s doll comes to life, when a forest monster – a mix of goat and vampire – appears, or when a
superhero kidnaps a gangster from the city center… This is a paranormal series where The X-Files meets Monk in a bizarre institution in Eastern Europe.
