Sasha started her career as an International Activities Manager at FILM.UA Group, one of the biggest media groups in the CEE, where she was responsible for coordinating FILM.UA’s strategy and promotion of company projects in international markets. Later Sasha joined FILM.UA Group’s Development and Co-production division and was responsible for content strategy and development efforts of FILM.UA Group spanning various genres. In 2022 she transitioned to the role of a Development Executive at Gingers Media (part of the Organization of Ukrainian Producers created in March 2022 to amplify narratives about the Ukrainian conflict and offer crucial support to professionals in the Ukrainian audio-visual industry.).
Sasha evaluates, develops and facilitates the production of projects with a focus on international markets. She currently acts as a Development Consultant for film and scripted drama, tutors for the MIDPOINT Institute Series Launch program and has additionally served on numerous boards and fulfilled various roles as a jury member.
