Ryszard has over thirty years experience in the film and television industry in Poland .
In early nineties he has created and managed ITI Cinema – the film distribution market pioneer representing exclusive rights to theatrical pictures from American major studios:
Warner Brothers, Universal, Paramount, MGM and Columbia
Took active part in development, production and distribution of dozens of high grossing Polish theatrical releases.
In 1998 was part of the team that launched Polish broadcaster TVN now Warner Brothers.
2006-2023 managed Endemol Shine Poland, the World’s leader in scripted and unscripted content. Under his leadership the company became one of Poland’s most prominent independent production companies.
Endemol Shine Poland are behind a diverse range of scripted and non-scripted hits, which this year has included period drama Dewajtis – the ratings winner and the most popular period TV drama in Poland, which launched on TVP1 this fall.
