Terms and conditions of our cancellation policy regarding all fees including all types of badges and all default or custom packages are as following:
Full money refund if cancelled by September 15th 2024
50% refund if cancelled from September 16th to October 15th 2024
No refund for cancellations from October 16th 2024
SPONSOR BUNDLES
Cancellation policy for each individual sponsor is determined through an official contract or agreement signed by both the Organizer and the sponsor.
For any transferred participation options from past editions, Mediavision is not obliged to make a refund.
