The fifth edition of the competition for the best completed TV series in the CEE is here! Once again, we aim to showcase the vibrant creativity and storytelling power that define the region.
WHY APPLY?
- Gain prestigious recognition and valuable exposure to leading industry professionals, both within and outside the CEE region
- Join a dynamic community of talented creators and potential collaborators
- Every applicant receives valuable exposure, regardless of being a finalist or a winner
ELIGIBILITY
- Any scripted series produced in the CEE is eligible (co-productions with partners outside of the CEE are allowed if the major partner is from the CEE region)
- Your TV series must have been broadcasted or streamed in the CEE
- The first episode must have premiered between September 15th, 2025, and October 15th, 2026
FAIR AND IMPARTIAL RATING PROCESS
- The jury is constituted of top professionals in the AV industry from countries outside of the CEE to ensure fairness in rating of the TV series
- The entire rating process is done within our rating platform
- Rating of the submissions will be done in 5 different categories: Idea, Monetization, Cast, Screenplay and Audiovisual presentation
HOW TO SUBMIT?
- Pay the entrance fee that includes 1 badge “Zagreb” and 60% discount on the second badge for your team member here
- Fill out the application form here by November 11th, 2026 (11:59 PM)
- The application needs to include download links for the selected episode, trailer and still photos of the TV series along with a pdf document with the information about TV series (short synopsis, cast & crew, year of production and premiere, broadcaster, production companies, etc.)
WINNERS AND NEM AWARDS CEREMONY
- The jury will rate projects in the first round by November 20th after which we will notify the top 10 applicants about their status
*Only one TV series per author/co-author/broadcaster can reach the top 10.
- Winners will be announced at the NEM Awards ceremony during NEM Zagreb 2026
