Synopsis: A former taekwondo champion, after a serious injury, ends up working as a trainer – caregiver for a young man on the autism spectrum, the only son of a Russian tycoon family. One night the family is attacked, the trainer manages to neutralize the invaders and save the son, while the parents are kidnapped. She finds out that the child remains a target and as the police seem reluctant to help, decides to leave Athens. She seeks help from her mother and they all together end up in her remote home village, Neochori. And while her intention was to hide in a quiet and secluded place, she soon encounters the suspicion and wariness of the villagers, as the village is beset by a seemingly unsolved mystery: the unexplained disappearance of the mayor. Or at least that is what they claim, who react to the arrival of the strangers, as they themselves have much to hide.
