Synopsis: Nikola, a teacher from Belgrade, accepts a job in the remote mountain village of Gornik, unaware of the deeply buried secrets awaiting him. At the same time, Lucija, an ambitious anthropology PhD student, arrives in the village to research a community believed to be direct descendants of ancient Celts. However, the villagers are not ready for change—their fears are fueled by old legends, a mysterious past, and the suspicious motives behind the newcomers. While Nikola struggles to gain the trust of the children and their parents, Lucija uncovers the intricate relationships and secrets of the community. Anka, the village druid, and Jova, the elder, work to maintain peace while confronting the potential return of dark forces from the past. Meanwhile, schemes, mistrust, and fear slowly surface as the line between myth and reality begins to blur. As Nikola and Lucija grow closer, they realize that their presence in Gornik is no coincidence—the village hides a dangerous past that could change their lives forever.
