Milena has spent close to three decades shaping the IT and media landscape. She began her career as an entrepreneur in tech, before joining Google in 2007 as its first director for Serbia, later leading the ex-Yugoslavia region and serving as Head of YouTube EMEA during her seven-year tenure. She went on to join Yandex as VP of Business Development while investing in the fast-growing company Videomite, which she now leads full-time.
Today, Videomite is Turkey’s largest aggregator and distributor of film, TV, and music content, partnering with Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime, Apple, HBO, Warner Bros. Discovery, MUBI, Spotify, Facebook, TikTok, and many regional SVOD players. The company distributes to cinemas, Free and Pay TV, in-flight entertainment, and digital platforms – true to its motto: “wherever there’s a screen, there’s our content.”
In 2021, Videomite expanded with offices in Serbia, from which it covers the entire CEE region, helping regional producers, public broadcasters, and TV stations reach global audiences.
