SVP Pay TV, Global Brands, D+ and Creative Agency EMEA

As SVP of the Discovery Networks, Lee is responsible for driving growth for our flagship factual and lifestyle channels across EMEA (including Discovery Channel, TLC, HGTV, ID and Food Network); overseeing a 360 programming, marketing, PR, creative and VoD strategy for each brand in the region.

Lee is also head of the internal creative agency for Warner Bros Discovery in Europe, which produces on air promotion, digital and short-form creative, 360 marketing and advertising assets for the company’s biggest brands: including Cartoon Network, Boomerang, Boing, Warner TV, TCM, TNT, Discovery Channel, TLC, HGTV, DMAX and Discovery+, as well as special projects for Warner Bros’ theatrical releases in several markets.

Lee is based in Amsterdam and is the most senior Warner Bros Discovery TV Executive in The Netherlands.  He heads up a matrixed team of programming, channel, production, marketing, media planning and specialist creatives across Amsterdam, Paris, London, Warsaw, Munich, Prague, Dubai, Istanbul, Madrid, Rome, Bucharest and Sofia.

Lee has undertaken several roles since joining Discovery Inc in 2010 including VP of Channels for CEEMEA as well as Director of Public Relations. Before joining Discovery, Lee worked in various roles at Jetix Europe (part of the Walt Disney Company), Channel 4, The Guardian newspaper and the BBC in the UK.

Lee graduated from Lancaster University with a BA degree in Communications.
