Julian Clover has over 30 years experience as a media & technology journalist, radio presenter and events host.
Julian is the editor of Broadband TV News, the online publication, which covers the business of television distribution, charting the progress of digital TV companies and the technology that makes their services possible.
Julian is the editorial lead at Cambridge 105 Radio, where he is responsible for the day to day running of the station. He presents and produces the station’s breakfast show, Cambridge Breakfast, and can also be heard anchoring the station’s coverage of local and national elections, the Cambridge Folk Festival, Remembrance Sunday and Midnight Mass.
An accomplished conference moderator, Julian is a regular chairman of online and in person events.
He has chaired conference sessions for IBC, the Digital TV Group (DTG) and Dataxis.
Julian has also moderated election hustings for the 2015, 2017 and 2019 General Elections, the 2024 Local Elections, and is the events host for the Cambridge Town and Gown 10k run.
He was previously the editor of Cable & Satellite Europe for FT Media & Telecoms, Satellite Trader and Inside Digital TV.
Julian has also contributed to the Daily Mirror, The Guardian, Cambridge Edition and Velvet.
