Ivanka Mabić Gagić is the Executive Director of the Croatian branch of Aleph, the global partner of major media platforms such as Snapchat, Spotify, TikTok, Twitter, Amazon, Pinterest, Reddit and Digital Turbine. With its proprietary technology and deep expertise, Aleph builds a digital ecosystem in which all advertisers have access to the full capabilities of leading digital platforms.
Ivanka joined Aleph Croatia in 2019 with the goal of implementing Aleph’s global vision in the local market. This was followed by a successful restructuring and strong business growth, and in recognition of these achievements, the Croatian Association of Managers and Entrepreneurs HUM–CROMA awarded Ivanka the Manager of the Year Award for Medium-Sized Companies in 2022.
After graduating from the Faculty of Economics and Business in Zagreb, she continued her professional development in business management and leadership skills. In addition to completing an MBA at IECD Bled School of Management, she finished the School for Personal and Organisational Development, Facultas—an in-depth and comprehensive leadership, personal and organisational development programme. She has also completed numerous international education programmes, including the Aleph Speaker Series Stanford GSB Executive Education, MIT Presencing and Theory U, U.Lab: Transforming Business, Society and Self. In London, she completed the Academy of Executive Coaching and the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute, becoming an executive coach and a mindfulness- and neuroscience-based emotional intelligence leadership trainer.
Ivanka Mabić Gagić is also one of the co-founders of the LEAD.YOU association. As a lecturer, she is dedicated to sharing best practices in business development, marketing, awareness development, and personal and organisational leadership development in both domestic and international educational institutions.
