Daniel Friedlaender is the head of Sky’s EU office and Sky’s European Affairs Director, working on a range of European policy files, public affairs and outreach for Sky in Europe. Sky is Europe’s leading media and entertainment company, active in content production, distribution, news, sports, and also an internet service provider, mobile operator and device manufacturer. Daniel has been with Sky for seven years, having previously worked in consulting and for the music sector. He Chairs the European Video on Demand Coalition and sits on the Board of the Association and Commercial Television in Europe. He is Swiss and Canadian.
