Nebojša Taraba and Miodrag Sila are the founders and owners of Drugi plan, a production company from Zagreb. They both started their professional career in journalism, in the mid-nineties Sila worked as a reporter in the Zagreb office of Glas Slavonije. After that he worked for newsrooms for OTV and Mreža. In the begining of the year 2000, he became one of the founding members and editors of the websites Iskon.hr, Klik.hr and T-portal.

WORK EXPERIENCE 2012 – President of the executive board of AGICOA, Geneva, Switzerland As a society of audiovisual producers and associations for collective rights management, AGICOA negotiates with the platforms for retransmission and collects and distributes royalties for transmission to producers, and sometimes to authors. My responsibilities include presiding over executive board meetings, developing members’ consensus on strategic and operative priorities, leading negotiations, supervising organization management, foreign representations and legal activities such as successful cooperation with the EU institutions concerning a draft of the EU regulations about television, with close coordination with European organizations of producers, authors and performers.
