CEE is often boxed into easy narratives - “smaller markets,” “lower budgets,” or “more conservative audiences.” But those shortcuts don't explain much, they oversimplify what is actually more complex. The idea behind this panel is to show that CEE is not just operating at a different scale, CEE is playing a different game, with different rules.
