Nuno Oliveira is an experienced lawyer in TMT that heads up a team of lawyers responsible for litigation and support to the Content and Audiovisual business of NOS Communications in Portugal. He is also Chair of the Board of FEVIP (Portuguese Association of Audiovisual Producers).
Before his current role, he worked for Vodafone in Portugal, Netherlands, London and Brussels, providing support to content and consumer business issues, regulation, competition and public policy.
In Portugal, he was also a Public Prosecutor High Council member, Deputy Director General of the Aliens and Borders Service, and Deputy to the Minister of Labour and Social Security of the Portuguese Government and the Government of Timor-Leste. Nuno was also Legal Adviser to DECO (Consumers’ Portuguese Association). He contributed to several Research Papers, providing insights into the Portuguese legal and regulatory framework regarding collective redress mechanisms.
