Morana Čulo Jovičić, M.Sc., LL.B., graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb, and holds a Master of Science degree in Organisation and Management from the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Zagreb. She is currently pursuing an LL.M in International Corporate and Commercial Law at King’s College London.

Morana has over 20 years of experience in the electronic communications sector. She is currently Executive Director of Corporate, Public and Wholesale Affairs at Telemach Croatia.

Her work focuses on legal and regulatory frameworks, public policy engagement, and support for business activities within the evolving EU and national regulatory landscape for telecommunications and digital services. She is actively involved in shaping policy positions and engaging with key stakeholders and institutions.

She also serves as President of the Association for Telecommunications, Media and Postal Services at the Croatian Chamber of Economy (HGK), where she contributes to key industry initiatives, including advocating for more efficient implementation of anti-piracy measures.
