Julia Maxwell is the Executive Director of the European Video On Demand Coalition. She has a strong background in Public Policy, Regulatory Affairs and Compliance having most recently been the Senior Vice President of Regulatory and Public Affairs for Viaplay Group AB, a Nordic entertainment streaming service. She previously also served on the Board of the Association of Commercial Television and Video on Demand services in Europe, and on the Board and as Spokesperson of the European Video On Demand Coalition. A dual Irish/British citizen, Julia holds a Law degree at UCL.
