Ivana Miković has been in the international media for more than twenty years. She started her career as BBC’s news producer in the Balkans. She joined the newly established FOX TV in Serbia as news producer, soon to be promoted to news manager. After the acquisition of FOX TV by Antenna Group, she remained news manager and was also managing in-house programming and sports. She was promoted to general manager of Antenna’s B92 free to air channel in Serbia. She helped launch the N1 news platform as CEO. In 2015, she accepted the offer to join Radio Television of Serbia (RTS), Serbian public service, the market leader with a long tradition in television, radio, music production and digital platforms. She led the operations of transforming Radio Television of Serbia into a tapeless and HD environment. She laid the foundations of the production of more high-quality programming, with drama series being at the top of the list.
In 2019, she founded and is the CEO of Firefly Productions, the new production and content hub in Serbia, producing original scripted and unscripted content, as well content for new media, for both the local and global market.
