Registered Participants

1. My password isn’t working?

Please make sure you have accepted all cookies. Cookies are required to identify irregular site behavior, prevent fraudulent activity, and improve security. If you did not accept cookies, you will not be able to access the participant list. If you accidentally rejected cookies, please delete your browsing data in the browser you’re using. 2. I don’t remember my password?

Please enter your email address here: https://neweumarket.com/dubrovnik/participant-list-form-2025/ You will receive your unique password by email. Use this password to log in here: https://neweumarket.com/dubrovnik/participant-list-2025/

3. Can I get the list in Excel format?

No. All participants access the list exclusively via the online link.

4. How can I filter the list?

Click “View larger version” in the bottom right corner of the participant list (desktop only). Please note: Filters are not available on mobile browsers.

5. I didn’t receive the email?

Please check your Spam or Junk folder. Also, make sure you entered the correct email address in the form.

6. Can I access the participant list from my phone?

Yes, you can open the participant list on a mobile browser, but please note that filter options are only available on desktop. For the best experience, we recommend using a computer.

7. What should I do if the participant list isn’t loading?

This could be due to cookies not being accepted. Please make sure you’ve accepted all cookies when visiting the site. If the problem persists, try clearing your browsing data or opening the link in a different browser.

8. Can I share my password with a colleague?

No. Each password is unique. Please ask your colleague to request access individually via the form.

9. How long will I have access to the participant list?

Access will remain open until June 26th. If there are any changes, we’ll notify all registered users by email.

10. I accidentally deleted the email with my password. Can I get it again?

Yes! Just re-enter your email here: https://neweumarket.com/dubrovnik/participant-list-form-2025/ and you will receive a fresh email with your password.

New Participants

1. When will I get access to the participant list?

You will receive access after you buy the badge and as soon as you complete the form and receive your unique password via email. Form link: https://neweumarket.com/dubrovnik/participant-list-form-2025/ 

2. Can I get a refund after accessing the list?

No. Once you’ve purchased the badge and received access to the participant list, refunds are not possible.
