Chris Dziadul is a highly experienced journalist and editor, with a TV industry career spanning over three decades. His main specialist area is Central and Eastern Europe, with which he has a strong affinity, and he has covered developments in the region since the fall of communism in late 1989.
Chris began his career at 21st Century Publishing, where his duties included the editing of the Television Business International and Cable and Satellite Yearbooks. He subsequently worked for FT Media and Telecoms and launched TV East Europe, the first ever newsletter dedicated solely to developments in the TV industry in Central and Eastern Europe. After a brief period at Informa, he jointly founded and edited Broadband TV News, a leading online broadband and TV industry publication.
He was at Broadband TV News for nearly 21 years, leaving the company in December 2023 to pursue his career elsewhere.
Chris has written several reports on the TV industry in Central and Eastern Europe, initially for FT Media and Telecoms and subsequently Broadband TV News, as well as numerous articles and features on developments in broadcasting. He has also organised conferences and business briefings in the region with, amongst others, Telenor Satellite Broadcasting, SES and Level 3. Chris in addition both moderates and speaks at conferences.
