Baiba Zūzena is the Chairwoman of the Board of Latvian Public Media (LSM), the newly established unified public broadcaster of Latvia, created through the merger of Latvian Television and Latvian Radio. With a background in media management and strategic transformation, Baiba leads the organization through one of the most significant public media reforms in Latvia’s history — building an agile, audience-centric, and digitally driven media service. Her work focuses on fostering editorial integrity, inclusive content strategies, digital innovation, and organizational culture that reflects public trust and societal cohesion.
