Antonii Mangov is a media executive with over 20 years of experience in television programming, content acquisitions, and editorial strategy, working across Central and Eastern European markets.
He is currently serving as Director of Programming at PRO TV, where he oversees content strategy and programming for one of the most prominent media groups in Romania, a position he has held since 2019.
Before joining PRO TV, Antonii spent over a decade at NOVA Broadcasting Group (Bulgaria), where he held multiple senior leadership roles, including Programming Director, Director of Scheduling and Acquisitions, and Head of Scheduling and Acquisitions, managing content strategy and acquisitions at a regional level.
Antonii Mangov holds a Master of Arts in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”.
