Aleksandra Martinovic is the Director of the Multimedia Division at Telekom Srbija, one of the leading telecommunications and media companies in Southeast Europe, serving over 11 million users across the region. She is responsible for the overall media strategy and business development, overseeing content production, distribution, partnerships, and the expansion of the company’s media ecosystem.

Under her leadership, Telekom Srbija has produced more than 150 original titles over the past five years, positioning the company as a regional leader in high-quality content creation. These include critically acclaimed series, films, and documentaries developed in collaboration with top international partners such as Beta Film, Mediawan, Go Quest, HBO Max, Disney+, and most recently, a co-production with Amazon Prime Video, Canal+ and TV Espania.

As part of its strategic expansion, Telekom Srbija has acquired Sport Klub. This move significantly strengthened the company’s sports portfolio, enabling it to secure exclusive broadcasting rights for the EuroLeague, Europe’s most prestigious basketball competition. Today, through its Arena Sport channels, Telekom Srbija offers coverage of the most elite international  sports competitions, as Premier Leauge, Champions Leaugue, NBA, Serie A, NFL ect. – positionig the company as a regional leader in premium sports content.

Additionally, the acquisition of Total TV and NET TV has further enhanced Telekom Srbija’s regional Pay TV distribution footprint, enabling greater market penetration and content accessibility across multiple platforms.

Aleksandra also oversees Superstar TV, the company’s flagship film/serias channel, which is currently the most-watched cable channel in Serbia, known for its original productions and consistent ratings leadership.

Her strategic leadership has played a central role in transforming Telekom Srbija into a comprehensive media powerhouse, seamlessly integrating content production and international distribution under one unified vision.

Aleksandra holds a degree in Sociology from the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Belgrade, and a postgraduate degree from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences at the same university. With deep expertise in media strategy, international co-productions, and digital transformation, she is recognized as one of the most influential media executives in the region.
