Adrian Ježina joined United Group in 2017. Under him Telemach Slovenia has become the country’s leader in broadband internet access. It is one of only a few alternative operators in Europe to overtake the market’s former monopolist. Telemach Slovenia has also successfully grown its market share in mobile communications to around 25% and is the leading provider of paid video content in Slovenia. In 2021 Adrian added the role of CEO Telemach Croatia to his responsibilities with a commitment to ensuring the continued excellence of the operations in Slovenia and the ongoing transformation of the business in Croatia. Before joining United Group, Adrian was CEO of Siemens Convergence Creators Adria Region. His industry experience also includes multiple CXO key roles at Telekom Austria such as Mobitel Bulgaria, Vipnet Croatia, VIP operator Macedonia, and earlier as CEO of B.net Croatia.
