After more than 20 years of professional experience in the ICT industry, Adrian Ježina joined the United Group in 2017, taking on the position of CEO of Telemach Slovenia. In 2021, he further expanded his responsibilities by assuming the role of President of the Management Board of Telemach Croatia.
Under his leadership, Telemach Slovenia has become the leading broadband service provider in Slovenia, while maintaining its position as the leading pay TV service provider and the fastest-growing mobile operator. Since December 2023, Adrian has been fully dedicated to managing Telemach Croatia.
As President of the Management Board of Telemach Croatia, Adrian and his team have achieved significant successes in a very short time, integrating Tele2, Optima, and Total TV into a single convergent operator. Additionally, with the support of the United Group, he successfully introduced 5G and brought the fastest 10 Gbps optical network and award-winning EON TV to Croatia. In the upcoming period, the Telemach Croatia team, led by Adrian, will focus on further expanding Telemach’s presence in the market and providing top-notch services to both private and business users.
Adrian holds an MBA and a master’s degree in economics and continuously upgrades his knowledge both in Croatia and at renowned institutions across Europe and the United States.
