The new Electronic Media Act entered into force in October 2021. Among other things, this Act adopts new rules on highlighting the public offer of mandatory transmission of FTV channels in the offers of the operator. The AEM is obliged to make a Decision on regulating the level of fees. What new conditions regarding the fees are anticipated and how will this affect cable operators and FTAs?
