General terms and conditions of participation and exhibiting (hereinafter “General Terms”) shall mean rules which regulate the business relations between the Organizer of and Participants of NEW EUROPE MARKET 2019.
“NEW EUROPE MARKET 2019“ or “NEM 2019“ shall mean a conference and market event which is organized for the purpose of collecting and exchanging information, knowledge, experience and results achieved in the field of television, media, production, communications, marketing and public relations, IPTV, cable distribution, mobile distribution, licencing, and related activities (hereinafter “the Event”),
ORGANIZER shall mean MEDIAVISION Ltd. from Zagreb, Radnička cesta 50, VAT ID: HR14163384736, which is the organizer of the Event (hereinafter “the Organizer”),
PARTICIPANTS shall mean persons and entities who have paid their registration fees, exhibitors, speakers, sponsors, and media sponsorship representatives.
The registration fee shall be dependent on the date of the payment and correspond to the rates described in these General Terms and Conditions and listed at the Organizer’s web site at www.neweumarket.com.
Persons or entities who wish to participate at the Event need to fill out the registration form available at the Organizer’s web site at neweumarket.com, tab “Registration “.
NEM 2019 entry fees are defined on the basis of one person or one entity participation, and cover four days of participation at the Event, including all networking opportunities (such as coffee breaks, happy hours and parties).
Early Bird registration fees are special fees applicable for payments made before December 17th , 2018.
First Minute registration fees are special fees applicable for payments made between December 18th, 2018 and March 18th, 2019.
All payments made on and after March 19th, 2019 will be calculated on the basis of the full and regular registration fee:
EARLY BIRD – until December 17th, 2018 – 350.00€*
FIRST MINUTE – until March 18th, 2019 – 450.00€*
REGULAR – from March 19th, 2019 – 550.00€*
*VAT included in these prices. When paying in Croatian Kuna (HRK), the total amount is determined by the Croatian National Bank’s middle exchange rate on the date of payment.
This accreditation shall become valid on the first day and remain valid until the last day of the Event, and it will concern only the person in whose name the accreditation has been made.
Any unauthorised use of accreditation is forbidden.
If an accreditation card has been used in an unauthorised manner, the accreditation card shall be seized and its holder requested to leave the Event premises.
Attending any area of the NEM event without authorized accreditation will not be tolerated.
By registering, you agree to give permission to Mediavision to use content, products, services visuals and company pictures, photographs and/or logo for promotional purposes and for the online database (newsletter, news, website, booklet, presentation).
The Organizer shall ensure that the Event will take place in Dubrovnik, Croatia in the period between June 10th and June13th 2019.
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the Event in case of unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure.
In case of unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure, participants are not entitled to the refund of their payments.
If the Event cannot be held in Dubrovnik for any reason beyond the control of the Organizer or in case of force majeure, the Organizer reserves the right, upon notifying the participants, to change the location to a different city or country, or to organize the Event at another time.
The participants’ registration shall remain valid for the new time period indicated. Participants shall not be entitled to cancel their participation, or to address additional requirements to the Organizer, or claim damages from the Organizer, in this case.
All registration fees must be paid not later than 10 days before the starting date of the Event.
All the information you provide us while registering for the Event will be used strictly for business purposes. We guarantee that due to personal information protection policy, all the e-mail addresses provided in the NEM 2019 participant list will not be used for any other purpose other than contacting people of business interest and sending newsletters and meeting requests that will be held at the NEM conference.
By agreeing to our Terms and Cancellation policy, you allow us to share your email address given when registering with other NEM 2019 participants for strictly business purposes. In terms of arranging meetings at the New Europe Market conference which will be held in Dubrovnik from 10th to 13th June 2019 – all the meetings will be set up in the time duration of the conference.
Any use of the provided information other than the one mentioned in the section above, can be held accountable and in breach of the conference participation terms.
The Organizer bears no responsibility for any lost or damaged goods or items which are the property of Participants.
The Organizer and Participants shall make an agreement in writing on other opportunities available. The availability of other opportunities may be checked at the web site www.neweumarket.com under the tab Sponsorship Packages.

Any complaints must be addressed to the Organizer in writing as soon as possible at nem@neweumarket.com. The Organizer will take every complaint into account, and proceed to resolve the matter in good faith if possible, according to the terms and conditions of the conference.
All registered participants formally agree and undertake
– not to directly or indirectly drive away other attendees from any NEM area in order to present products and services that are otherwise in the range of NEM activities
– not to organize or engage during NEM in activities at the venue hotel or in Dubrovnik that are directly in competition with NEM without specific and written consent from the Organizers.
Any breach of above mentioned stipulations, observed by a member of the Organizing Team, incurs fines. The fines will be concurrent with NEM pricelist and correspond with the activity undertaken at the time of the breach.
