Szilvia Maschek leads the kids programming team within AMCNI CE, being responsible for the programming and acquisition strategy and of Minimax, Megamax and JimJam channels. Szilvia has been working in her current position since 2011, helping to launch Megamax channel in the same year. She played an active role in territorial expansion of Minimax, negotiating deals to secure flagship kids’ content. In 2017 she became responsible for JimJam programming, and both linear and non-linear rights’ acquisitions for many territories, including Europe, Russia, the Middle East and Africa.
