Sanja Božić-Ljubičić graduated in English and Spanish at the University of Zagreb. Following her longtime career as a translator, in 2001 she established Mediatranslations, a company specialized in translation and processing of foreign TV programs. In 2010 she established Mediavision – a specialized agency for the TV industry, marketing and public relations. Three years later, the company launched New Europe Market (NEM), which is now the most important media industry event in the CEE region, and is held once a year in Dubrovnik.
Sanja’s biggest entrepreneurial venture started in April 2014 when she introduced Pickbox, the first SVoD service in our area, which now cooperates with the biggest production companies and can be viewed independently through desktop, mobile, tablet or Smart TV applications or through telecom operators in the territory of Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Macedonia.
