Terms for badge cancellation are the following:
- Full money refund if cancelled by May 20th 2019
- 50% refund if cancelled by May 30th 2019
- No refund for cancelations after May 30th 2019
Terms for accommodation cancellation are the following:
- Full money refund if cancelled 8 days before the supposed check in
- Cost of one-night stay will be charged if cancelled 4-7 day before the supposed check in
- No refund if cancelled less than four days before the supposed check in
