Dave Alpert is an experienced technologist and leader, who started in the Satellite, Telecoms & Cable TV industry, in the early 1990’s, working for British Aerospace, Cambridge Cable, NTL and UPC, building networks and launching On-Demand platforms.
He has gained extensive broadcast & television industry experience, working as a CTO & Vice-President of Operations for HBO Europe. He is a forward thinker and implementer. This has included launching HD channels, branded OD & HBO GO products. Dave possesses broad industry knowledge and keeps pace with the many challenges currently being faced within the media sector. He has recently joined British Telecom Television as a Principal media consultant.
