Special program under the name of\u00a0<strong>NEW LAW IN CROATIA,\u00a0<\/strong>sponsored by <strong>Croatian Audiovisual Centre (HAVC)<\/strong>, <strong>Agency for Electronic Media in Croatia (AEM)<\/strong> and <strong>Croatian Ministry of Culture and Media<\/strong>, will consist of panels, business practices and a networking event.<\/p>\n<p>The new regulations will be discussed through the <strong>welcoming speech<\/strong> by <strong>Nina Obuljen Kor\u017einek<\/strong>, Minister of Culture and Media of the Republic of Croatia, and through <strong>business practices<\/strong> we will see examples of investment from most successful European operators in original local production. <strong>Panel<\/strong> moderated by <strong>Kre\u0161imir Partl<\/strong>, State secretary in the Ministry of Culture and Media of the Republic of Croatia, will gather representatives of leading Croatian operators, production companies and Croatian Audiovisual Centre. New co-production models and deals between FTA&#8217;s, streamers and others are coming our way. In the EU, streamers must offer a 30% quota of European content to EU subscribers, and they must re-invest a percentage of their revenues in local production.
