I have been balancing on the fence between customers and technology for the whole of my career.
Started off in technical customer service back in 2003, worked for two of the three telcos in Estonia in both mobile and fixed-line services area and ended up in MTG in 2009.
The last eight years have educated me the most though. Throughout the years in the Pan-Baltic business I have felt what it feels like to be a project manager, operations manager, developer and everything in between.
In a way it is a perfect place to work as I value very highly the startup-like culture and very “thin” structure – it is impossible to be high and far away.
I believe that we are advanced not by doing what is requested today, but by aiming for what will be needed the day after tomorrow.
